setting in the area where the student lives and carried out under the supervision of an

MN 493 This is a study of the responsibilities of the members of a church staff and their relationship

with lay leaders. The concepts of development of team ministries, mutual understanding,

staff counseling, group leadership, and the role of the individual in the group is discussed.
