RE 413 Children’s Ministry Practicum
This course requires observation, participation, and directed teaching in an approved
Children’s Ministry setting in the area where the student lives and will be carried out under
the supervision of an approved supervising Minister by RMBC administration. Forty-five
supervised hours are required.

RE 423 Introduction to Youth Ministry Audio
Dr. David E. Wright, II
This course deals with the consideration of the principles, methods, and materials in youth
work which develop effective Christian leadership in this ministry of the church. A program
of Bible study, evangelism, worship, recreation, and stewardship designed to win and hold
the adolescent group is given.

RE 433 Children’s Ministry Leadership Textbook

This course is designed to equip and motivate the children’s ministry leaders to grow in
their ministry through administration. This course will teach leadership fundamentals,
sharpen administrative and organizational skills and create great time management
methods for the ministry staff.

RE 453 Children’s Ministry in the 21 . Century Textbook

This course is designed to equip the student in the coming trends of Children’s Ministry.
This course will address, How Current Culture is rewiring kid’s brains, the latest education
trends embraced by schools, Morphing Children’s Ministry into Family Ministry as well as

RE 463 Energizing Children’s Ministry in The Small Church Textbook

to grow and thrive along with ready-to-use tools for evaluation, budgeting and teacher
training.

RE 483 Special Needs Ministry Textbook

This course will focus on the most overlooked group in the community and how to meet the
needs of these kids and their parents. This course will also provide details in how to launch
a special needs ministry in the Church.
