BS 6353 Abraham (Holding Fast To The Will of God) Textbook
Gene A. Getz Mears / Dr. Fabienne M. Naomi
God called Abraham to leave everything and everyone he knew and travel to a land he
had never seen. Abraham stepped out in faith, yet he hesitated and delayed. This course
shows that throughout his long life, it was only when Abraham full yielded himself to the
will of God, that God could fulfill His will through Abraham.
BS 6353 Nehemiah (Becoming a Disciplined Leader) Textbook
Gene A. Getz Mears / Dr. Fabienne M. Naomi
As a personal cupbearer to the great Persian king Artaxerxes, Nehemiah lived a life of
luxury. Yet, despite his pagan environment, he never forsook the Lord. He took on the
seemingly impossible task of rebuilding the city of Jerusalem. This course reminds us that
even in our moments of greatest pain and helplessness, we still have access to God.
BS 6363 Samuel (A Lifetime of Serving God) Textbook
Gene A. Getz Mears / Dr. Fabienne M. Naomi
In a time of great wickedness, Samuel assumed a leadership role by faithfully preaching
and following the Word of God. Like in those days this course reminds us that we are to
stand up and proclaim what is right even in the midst of incredible opposition.
BS 6373 The Apostles (Becoming Unified Through Diversity) Textbook
Gene A. Getz Mears / Dr. John R. Vick
They were united in a common belief in the power of Jesus but struggled with their own
glaring weakness. Still, Jesus saw fit to call them His Apostles and bestow upon them the
responsibility of spreading the Gospel. This course will focus on the lives of each of the
Apostles and how they differed, where they stumbled and how God transformed them into
might servants of the Lord.
