GENERAL INFORMATION


                                                  ACCREDITATION


            Jacksonville Theological Seminary (JTS) is chartered by the State of Florida (Charter # N47402) and
            registered with the Commission for Independent Education of the Florida Department of Education as a
            Religious Institution, and therefore is exempt from Licensure by state statute 246.085.

            Jacksonville  Theological  Seminary  through  Revelation  Message  Inc.  is  certified  by  The  Florida
            Department of Education as a Vocational Rehabilitation Vendor. The Florida Department of Education,
            Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is a Federal/State program that assists individuals with disabilities
            who require vocational rehabilitation services to prepare for, secure, regain or retain employment.

            Jacksonville Theological Seminary (JTS) is accredited by The Accrediting Commission International,
            Inc. (ACI) ACI is the largest and fastest growing non-government accrediting association in the world.
            As a non-profit corporation, they are primarily a religious school accrediting agency.

            The purpose of accreditation is to:
                          1.  Certify that an institution has met established standards of excellence;
                          2.  Assist prospective students in identifying reputable institutions which offers
                          degree programs that will meet their needs and goals;
                          3.  Allow institutions to evaluate the acceptability of transfer credits into their own
                          curricula programs.

            Jacksonville Theological Seminary is also affiliated with the National Christian Counseling Association
            (NCCA.)  As a result, JTS is able to facilitate the NCCA program, enabling our students to apply for and
            receive a Christian Counselor’s license.

            Jacksonville Theological Seminary is also in fellowship with the Chaplaincy of Full Gospel Churches.
            (CFGC) As a result, JTS students have the opportunity to apply for and be considered for Chaplaincy.
             CFGC has more than a quarter century  of experience endorsing Military and Civilian Chaplains for
            service to the nation and are State and Federally recognized.

            Jacksonville  Theological  Seminary  is  also  affiliated  with  the  American  Association  of  Christian
            Counselors (AACC.)  As a result, JTS graduates have the opportunity to become members with AACC
            which has become the leading organization for professional, pastoral and lay counselors.
